This is a busy moving time. The team is super friendly and very helpful. All went smooth thanks to the manager who was also on site with the team. The coordinator kept me constantly posted about slightly changes; great communication with the coordinator; she is doing a fabulous job. Thanks again for all.

Beware of this Fraud company!! Not trustworthy at all.They are so unprofessional, they came late, asked for some hidden fees, they don't respect the agreed quote where you have disclosed everything, they will ask you for more money. Despite of telling them and naming some of my boxes as Fragile, they don't care and broke some of my valuables stuff, they damaged my furniture and were trying to fix it but made it useless. I called the so called manager to esclate and asked me to deal with of the staff since the price I paid have an insurance coverage. After requesting all my info and having to wait 2 weeks chasing him, he told me he can't do nothing as my move service fee I paid was too low for him to do a claim. Such a liar and unprofessional service! He once told me he will do a settlement and to wait as apparently he is in financial problem which is another big lie Reading all these reviews here and on social clearly proves that company does this frequently! I'm esclating this matter further so as no other customer have to face such a situation again. Untrustworthy company! ** you know very well who I am, we spoke this morning Monty. Why would all your reviews be fake? You are such a FRAUD and Untrustworthy Liar company!***

This was my first time doing long distance move and the movers did a fantastic job. Nothing was damaged and movers were on time and very organized. Highly recommending their services to everyone who needs a good and reliable moving company.

**Edit: I was indeed reached out to and given compensation. I understand that mistakes and human error happen and in my 10 years of customer service experience I have made those mistakes myself and had to be held accountable so I understand more than anyone. I was happy that they reached out afterwards to make it right and in hindsight I would have reached out to the company head office directly instead of taking the head mover at his word. Thank you Ria Transport and Theresa for making things right! Found them on Kijiji and asked for a quote to move my washer dryer. I was quoted 160$ for washer dryer moved anywhere between ground and second floors. No extra fees. I agreed and they booked me for 10am. I inform them by text of my destination and pick up location as requested. On the day of they informed me they would be between 45 mins to an hour late because of a previous job, I said not a problem but an hour and a half later they phoned me telling me they were at the destination and not the pick up location. So there was an additional hour wait for them to arrive at the pick up. I was lucky enough to have a very patient seller who was willing to wait. As they loaded my washer dryer I was informed, after inquiring about a discount for the 2 hour delay, that they were already not charging me the extra "steep stairs" fee, something that was not quoted to me at the original conversation therefore I was not owed a discount. We arrived at the destination at 130pm, and once again when I inquired about a discount they refused saying that they were losing money because they had to pay the movers more because of THEIR mistake. Before booking I had also asked how payment was handled and I was told e-transfer or cash, no mention of any extra fees. At the destination I was informed that if I paid e-transfer I had to pay taxes whereas cash I would not. Being not informed of that until then I was forced to pay those additional fees since I had not gone to get cash.
