Richard came out to give us a bid on the roof. He was very professional and experienced. When the crew came out to install the roof, they worked very efficiently and cohesively. I commend their professionalism in re-roofing the house and never wasting a minute of time. As a Realtor with 38 years of experience, I’ve worked with a lot of roofers—and unfortunately, many were not great experiences. I engaged Richard Hockett from Wisconsin to replace the roof on my family home. From the quote to install and clean-up Richard and his team were professional, on time and provided excellent communication throughout. The work was started on time, a change order for dry rot (which was anticipated) was communicated and quoted promptly, repairs made promptly, and the project was completed on time even with weather issues.
