Ken, the owner, was great to work with when we first contacted him to have our driveway paved. Unfortunately, after the first winter, multiple cracks appeared — the shortest being about five feet long, all in the same area. Despite claiming to offer a 10-year warranty, Ken refused to address the issue. His crew came out to inspect the damage and even acknowledged there was a problem, yet Ken dismissed it as “normal” and said repairing it wouldn’t be profitable for him. I would strongly recommend staying away from Ken and Richardson Blacktop.
