We are so grateful to have found Richardson Log Homes to assist us with our log home. We had never owned one before and Lance not only educated us on how to care for the logs but also offered his advice as needed. We had them stain our log home after years of neglect and they brought it back to life. Additionally, their team also stained our cedar shingles for us, taking extra care to not damage them. They also installed an owl for us at the top peak of our steep house. We never would have been able to do this ourselves. Thank you for promptly getting us on the schedule. Our home looks fantastic and we can sleep well knowing that our home is cared for.

My wife and I have enjoyed the experience of working with Lance. We were very naive when we started the Log Home experience. Lance answered all of our many questions and gave us wonderful advice on how to move forward with our plans. Lance helped us find a local Log Home Design Engineer who helped get the process underway. Lance was very patient with us as we navigated the construction loan process. Lance kept us informed of the Log Home construction, encouraging us to visit his log yard when he was peeling and shaping the logs as he built the log home structure. Lance worked with us to insure all of the doors and windows were marked properly prior to moving the logs from his log yard to our home site. Currently, our log home is being finished at our home site. The experience of touching, smelling and seeing our log home is overwhelming and an experience that I recommend for everyone who loves natural experiences. Thank you Lance!
