Ella has been my RMT for several years now and I can't say enough about how amazing she is. She takes the time to find out if I have any issues and then works on those to help me. Afterwards, she will suggest any stretches or exercises if required. She is skilled, friendly, kind, and very professional. I always feel so much better and relaxed after my session. I've also referred Ella to several friends and family. She is the best! Also, the receptionists at this location are always friendly and kind, and the place is extremely clean. Always a pleasure to come here for my appointment.

I recently had a massage session with Clifford Lam, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Clifford is highly professional, attentive, and skilled in his craft. He took the time to understand my needs and tailored the massage perfectly to address areas of tension and discomfort. The environment was relaxing, and his technique was both therapeutic and soothing. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with noticeably less muscle tightness. I would highly recommend Clifford to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring massage therapist. I’ll definitely be returning!

Great massage with Attlee, good conversation, but was mindful when it was time to just enjoy the massage and relax. Will definitely book with him again and would recommend to others! Listened to me in regards to what areas were sore, was mindful and the massage pressure.
