I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. They overcharged my insurance for procedures that were either unnecessary or inflated in cost — a clear sign of shady billing practices. I tried to get clarity on the charges, but they were dismissive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the dentist herself had a strong, unpleasant odor during the appointment, which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable and unprofessional. It’s hard to feel confident in the care you’re receiving when basic hygiene isn’t being taken seriously. The only positive thing I can say is that the receptionist, Monica, is a very sweet and kind lady — she was polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the dishonesty and poor experience overall. This place feels like a scam — more focused on overbilling and squeezing money out of patients than providing honest care. Avoid if you value your health, your time, or your wallet.
