Better late than never leaving a review!! Major service for my Roadster back in March 2025, along with a number of other bits of work. Wow - excellent service all-round. Felt comfortable and at ease with my car being left with them for a while. Michelle gearing the booking and keeping me aware of all progress elements. How great to deal with somebody with a smile, personable and full of enthusiasm. Sasha so extremely knowledgeable (expert) with his advice and works, personable and more than happy to ensure all was put right√ Great mechanic. Professional throughout. Even washed the car upon collection, nice touch even when they are so busy. For an independent fantastic, big dealers please take note. Will be back again when required, hopefully not too soon though 😀Highly recommended. √√√

Just had a major service on my 453 Smart FourTwo. From the booking system through to collection, I can't quite remember another small independent showing main stream franchises how to do the job properly. SCS did a superb service and more, over and above what was required. I couldn't recommend them higher and will be back next year when service is due. 10/10

No heart and no care for customers. I phoned the day before explaining my Smart car roof was stuck open, that I lived over 2 hours away, and that I urgently needed it closed so I could drive safely. They said they understood and were likely able to help. After driving all that way, they looked at the car for less than 2 minutes, made no real effort to try anything, and just said they couldn’t help. No sympathy, no attempt to at least make the car safe, nothing. I left feeling angry, upset, and completely let down. I would never recommend a place that treats people in such a cold and careless way.
