We recently used Wateredge Construction to create a dream kitchen for my wife. We had to work with CAR (Church Hill Architectural Review), demolish the back 1/3 of our house, build a new Kitchen attached to our 1840's home and only use access through a narrow alley. We stayed in the home during the renovation. Each Wednesday at noon we met with the project manager, construction manager and sometimes the owner. Every WEEK! It was great. As expected their were obstacles, specially since the original home was built in 1840, but when they arose, we all met, discussed options, discussed money, discussed time and agreed on an action plan. The end project was worth every $. We love our new Kitchen! Last night my wife hosted a dinner party (just one of many since they finished) that was amazing! I would recommend them to do any home project you are considering. They are not going to be the cheapest quote you will get, but they will be the best to work with and give you a high quality result you will love for years!

They're completing a renovation for one of my neighbors in Church Hill and their workers have ZERO regard for anyone but themselves. They continue to park their work trucks in a public alley making it impossible for myself & our nearby neighbors to access our properties. I've called their office numerous time, but nothing has changed & the alley is still consistently blocked Monday to Friday. Part of any construction job is making sure you're following the law (not parking in the alley) and not causing inconvenient daily disturbances for your neighbors. DO BETTER!!
