Paid for a short ride with a credit card and the taxi driver came and found us 10 minutes later and incorrectly claimed he hadn’t been paid, I showed him the receipt for payment from my phone but he was still wrongly adamant he hadn’t been paid and wanted to take my credit card number down. We obviously rejected that thought but had already unfortunately tipped him. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Best taxi company ever? Yes! We used them all day on our long layover in Vancouver. The cabs were punctual, clean, and the drivers were very friendly. But then at the end of the day, my husband left his phone in the cab. It had fallen down in-between the seats. The phone was black and on silent. I called the company in a panic and the man on the phone was lovely. "Don't worry. We will help you. We are here for you." He had the driver come back to our drop-off point. We got his phone back and made our flight. I could not have asked for a better experience. We are coming back to Vancouver soon and I will always use Vancouver Taxi.

I had an unpleasant and slightly scary experience with Vancouver Taxi last night. After getting in the car and asking my destination, the driver informed me his meter was “broken“ and he would charge me a flat rate. He insisted on $15 for a six minute drive. He proceeded to speed excessively and dangerously on wet roads for no apparent reason, so much so that his tires started to spin out when accelerating from a stoplight. It was reckless and I felt unsafe. I won’t be using Vancouver taxi services again.

While we were Vancouver (6/13/25) we were lucky to get Cab V71 who provided tremendous service (Simranjeet (Sam) Singh) who not only gave us a 5 hr tour of Vancouver but also drove us to the airport the following day. A great guy who was very informative and we have already sent his info to others who will be taking Alaska cruises in 2026 and spending time in Vancouver like we did. We can't say enough about his excellent service. Thanks again Sam we appreciate you!
