Weird, I have reviewed this location before after terrible experiences the past 4-5 years, but that review appears to be deleted. Sons and I decided to give the location another try for old times sake and we were pleased to see that it had been remodeled. Looks good inside. Ate on a Monday, it wasn't busy, but I also didn't notice dirty / un-bussed tables that are the norm for the ownership team from several years ago. I think they've also installed some additional/bigger TVs which is a plus. Took a bit for the waitress to come to our table but after she did service was decent, she checked on us and our order came out correctly. Wings, fries and side salad were all good and prepared well. I like wings a bit crispy and thats how they cook them, so if you like a juicier wing, there are other sports bars in the area you may want to choose. Price was more than fair in a time when many restaurants are charging an arm and a leg for dine in eating. Also download the app as they had offers and we were able to get a free 6 boneless wings with our order. After 4-5 years of being really disappointed with this location (after frequenting it 2-3 times a month the 5 years prior), I felt this visit was much improved. Buffalo Wild Wings can be a great restaurant for families and I'm hoping the ownership team has learned (or changed) and is more engaged now. This one trip makes me hopeful they have and plan to go back on a busier night to see if the old poor management issues of dirty tables and inattentive staff are an issue on a busy night. Do like the remodel and gave atmosphere a 4 as my family knows to always wear sweatshirts (even on hot days) as they keep it cold in the front-of-house seating area. Probably needs to be 3-4 degrees warmer for the average customer, so loss of 1 atmosphere star for being too cold inside. Overall, pleased with the changes.

Definitely appreciated the professional and attentive service from Alisha. The fried chicken wrap and pretzels knots did the job. The beer from the tap is always refreshing. Appreciate the consistency at this location when not plagued by low staff.

This was my first visit since the remodel It was dirty, VERY, the waitress was awful, tables were stacked with dishes, the floor was filthy. We watch a person clean 8 tables with the same cloth without refreshing it or spraying a table, he also cleaned the chairs. For 10 minutes we watched the staff discuss who was going to clean. The person that finally cleaned was not in on the conversation so I guess they told him to clean. This will probably be my last time eating here. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like

This was the WORST I mean WORST Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to!!! First of all, my wings were cold/hard and when I told the waitress about the issue she checked with her manager and wanted to see if I wanted something else I told her no because we came here just for the wings and I couldn't understand why I have to pay $22 for overcooked hard wings after I told her I did not mind waiting for another order to cook but they claim that all of there wings were double cooked that way and I'm like they are extremely hard and I could not eat them. The manager had no compassion about pleasing her customer. She gave a take it or leave it option. So I decided I wasn't going to pay $22 for those horrible wings so I had them take it off our bill. We will not be coming back. My advise to paying customer if your food is not right they are not going to accommodate you GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.
