I thought his time should have been a quarter hour less instead of rounding up to the next quarter hour where he has he had at least four phone calls talking to people while he was on my time. Although I know he is knowledgeable & a very good diagnostic job checking out the two problems he worked on for me

Rick was always prompt in returning calls and would try a second time if he didn’t get me the first time. Don was very knowledgeable and showed up on time. Very pleased with their work. They will definitely be my first call if and when I have another need of an RV tech.
