Ricki’s is always great store and the staff at ALL of the London locations are fantastic. Sometimes they can be a little more sales-y than I need, but I can see a lot of women shoppers truly value their help when I am shopping there. They tend to go above and beyond to help find options and even call other locations to try and find the perfect item for you. They are friendly and always want to help without actually being pushy (I’m just an introverted shopper.) The staff help find options to suit your needs and budget and are never judgmental. White oaks is a great location and you can tell the staff enjoy being there.

Had good experiences in this store until late this afternoon. I told one cashier I am searching for the light Jean capris that were here a few weeks ago. She sent me to Cleo’s. I didn’t find and went back to the store and another cashier said no we don’t call other stores. She said they’re closing. I said so no customer service. She said take care. I laughed. I said take care. She laughed. I continued going out the store laughing. The employees would probably know the product best and still be able to find on computer or call?! No customer service because they’re closing the store. It never stops. Is that why Ricki’s is closing ?!

The staff at Ricki's in White Oaks are great! They have a good eye for items that go with things I've picked out to try on. They give an honest opinion about how something looks on me, which is very helpful when I'm shopping on my own! I love the variety of clothing offered, from sleepwear to casual to office to dressy. The clothing is well-made and very good quality. The staff are all very friendly. They greet you on arrival and offer help if you need it, but they are not at all pushy, which is very refreshing! I have shopped in this store often, and it's my favourite store for women's clothes!!

Always exceptional service at Ricki's. Associates Shelley and Lori take the time to get to know their customers. They know you by name and remember the pieces and items that you already own to help build your wardrobe. Both of them take the time to contact me when items are back in stock that I have been waiting for. These associates go the extra mile.
