Me and my husband got in contact with Amar through reference of one of our friends. We were looking to upgrade our home from condo to townhouse and were having a hard time finding something in our budget in this 'unpredictable' and 'difficult to survive' housing market. We had so many questions in mind for which we did not get any clear answers from our previous realtor experiences. When we first talked with Amar, we felt very comfortable and he answered all our questions with so much ease and patience with a positive attitude. He is very polite and professional. He showed us all different kinds of houses so that we can differentiate and decide a perfect home for us. He provided us with detailed information about which house will need renovation and with the estimate. He also explained to us in terms of future selling purposes. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and has a great team including admins, lawyers, mortgage agents etc. that are available to support the clients in every step of buying or selling a house. In our case, Amar also made sure that we get the best price of our condo sale. We sold our condo after five days of the listed date. The process was so fast and Amar smartly handled and negotiated all the offers. Amar likes to actively participate in all the steps so he also visited our condo during staging time. Amar also made sure that we get our new home on the same day we sell our condo so that we do not have to waste our time and money moving into rental till we find a new home. We closed our condo and townhouse sale the same day. He acts according to the situation and does a proper survey of the area and the surroundings before taking any actions or making a firm decision. I highly recommend him for any type of buying or selling properties for first time home buyers, investors or people looking to upgrade for growing families.
