Matisse SchoonjansCustomer service is totally non existant. You ask for support and you are lucky if they show up within 10 days. If you leave a complaint, they always answer with the same corporate non-answer. They literally do not care about customer service. It's like their technicians have alot better stuff to do then actually fix the machines they sell (which break regularly) Absolutely atrocious. And it seems alot of the 1 star reviews echo that sentiment. Garbage
Al DeRicoh Belgium, is nothing else than a fraud company. After several negotiations and even agreed and signed clauses in the contract, they are not respecting agreed terms. In case you search for a senior management to clarify it, they just do not react. Contrary they try to sell you something else. We agreed one price for a certain period of time, but they increased it anyway! We agreed on 8 hours of service level in case of defect, that never been respected. And so on, and so on... They do not deserve even one star. This is a very last time we took in consideration any service of that company.
echelonakintoshI'm impressed how I've been struggling to get a hold of support. They respond within SLA time, but rarely a solution. Follow-up? None. Three appointments? Always a no-show and excuses. Contact support via telephone? Friendliness is hard to come by. I can't even get hold of a senior person to discuss all the issues, first-line just blocks any communication. The machines are great, but support and SLA's are a joke. For that reason alone I'd find a new partnership.
