The worst walk-in clinic experience I’ve had in Thunder Bay. I arrived around 10:45 AM and waited until 2:45 PM — 4 full hours — and still didn’t get to see the doctor. When we first came in, the room was full, which was expected. But after most of those people were called in, we assumed we’d be next. Instead, we watched as people who arrived after us were called in and seen within minutes, while we were completely overlooked. This is supposed to be a ‘walk-in clinic ‘— means first-come, first-served. But that was clearly not the case today. What made it worse was the receptionist. She saw us sitting there for hours and never offered an explanation, update, or even basic courtesy. It felt extremely rude, disorganized, and like we were being ignored. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone based on today’s experience. A complete waste of time and very disappointing

I waited about an hour in the walk in, the doctor was very quick, direct and to the point. Asked relevant questions but didnt question me on what I needed or my history. follow up was great. I appreciate doctors that work with the person when they can.

Went to this walkin 2 days after going to the emerge for ear infections in both sides. I forget the Drs name at Ridgeway but he listened to me when I said the drops aren’t getting in due to how swollen my ears were. Today, a day later I can finally hear again! I also got there right at 10 instead of like 30 mins before hand and waited an hour only, I’ve been to other walkins where i wouldn’t have even gotten in all day so I don’t know how he is so efficient. Went for getting my immigration medicals done. Melane helped me to get everything done so quick and Dr.Mckee was really friendly and helpful. The visit is only by appointment and we can call the clinic for getting the appointment. Everything was good And I would totally recommend this clinic if anyone is looking for IRCC medicals.
