The home came out beautifully and even after moving in Rich has been attentive with any questions or concerns we have had. Our goal when looking for a person to work with to build our new home was to find someone with honesty, integrity, and quality craftsmanship. We found that with Rich and Rightbuilt. We had specific goals and needs with our new home and Rich was excellent to deal with during the confusing, early planning stages. From our initial meeting with Rich, the entire house-building process has been remarkably smooth. Despite entering the project with a few Pinterest photos, an unrealistic budget, and limited knowledge of house construction, Rich transformed our vision into our dream home. Given that we were simultaneously selling our previous home and expecting a baby, it was a source of relief to know that the house-building process was the least stressful aspect of our lives. As with any construction project, there will inevitably be challenges. Rich consistently prioritized rectifying any issues that arose. While he may not have always aligned perfectly with our vision, he ensured that we thoroughly considered the pros and cons of every decision. The project remained on schedule and within our initial budget, with the exception of a few add-ons that my wife insisted upon. Rich’s hands-on approach sets him apart from other contractors, and we are exceptionally satisfied with the final outcome. Working with Rich of Right Built Homes has been great. Rich is super attentive and responsive. I highly recommend Rich for your new home or home renovations, here is why. We were looking for a new home for over a year. In doing so, we met with a few builders for new construction. Basic options often had extraneous costs or we found the builders cut corners to save money. We less than thrilled with our experiences. We then started looking at older homes; some needed a lot of work or were missing key details in our wish list. So, we waited. After a bit of time, we happened to find a new construction house for sale that was nearly complete. We spent about 30 minutes in it during an open house and fell in love. It checked all the boxes. We could tell it was built solidly, without sacrifices, and the building materials used were high-quality. The purchasing process was awesome. Rich allowed us to customize a few things because the house was not complete. Overall, we recommend Right Built Homes for your building needs. -K & K
