I regret choosing Rightcon Construction. The experience has been full of stress, disappointment, and financial loss. Lohith is extremely careless after taking up the project—he never responds to calls or messages and disappears after making big promises.Please read their agreement carefully before signing anything. It’s filled with hidden traps that are hard to notice in the beginning. Once you’re locked in, there’s no way out, no matter how poor the quality or how unreasonable the extra charges are. They extract money like bloodsuckers—demanding payment for every small thing, even for laying a single brick. The quality is pathetic—they use scrap materials from other sites, there’s no proper curing, and the electrical and plumbing works are an eyesore. The team is arrogant and threatens to halt the project without reason. Once they get the money, they completely ignore the customer. Most of the positive reviews online are clearly fake, written by their own team. Srinivas is somewhat responsive but seems powerless to fix anything. At this point, we’re stuck and feel completely helpless. God help anyone who signs with them.

I completely agree with Mr. Rahul — the contract with Rightcon feels like a trap. They make grand promises during the sales pitch, but fail miserably when it comes to execution. Lohith may be good at convincing people, but once the deal is signed, he becomes unresponsive and avoids calls. The construction quality is poor, with building alignments clearly off. They promise quality checks, but none are ever done. There are constant demands for additional payments, vendors keep changing, and the entire process requires constant follow-up. There’s no proper curing, no skilled labor, and no professionalism. The staff is unqualified, careless, and full of excuses. Dealing with them is mentally exhausting and stressful. If you're planning your dream home, I would strongly advise against choosing Rightcon. You risk turning that dream into a nightmare. Please be extremely cautious before signing anything with them.
