Theres a reason this place is only rated 2 stars. I would not recommend JLINK due to poor communication and mass disorganization. I found other companies that communicated very well, stayed on top of my file and explained the processes to me about bonds, something JLINK admitted they had little experience with. Bonds are crucial for trading. I have asked in English to have them email me with a name in the signature so I know who is handling my file, never ended up happening and I asked 3 times, 3 different people were handling my file and obviously that comes with communication errors and delays that can cost thousands! STAY AWAY

I would give zero star if I could, their workers damaged my shoes shelfs they didnt want to pay. bring out insurance do not cover less than $300 item excuse. okay so what does your insurance policy has to do with me? if you insurance doesn't cover then too bad they need to cover the damage from their own pocket, thats how it works. i agreed they could just repair it fix it and deliver to my place as they promised, however its been 8 months they haven't returned my belonging. do not use this company, worst service ever.
