Rippy's Honky Tonk

This place has a wonderfully relaxed, earthy vibe, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I recently stopped by on 2/4/25 and tried the bone marrow appetizer. The flavor was delicious, especially paired with the grilled sourdough. While I enjoyed the taste, the texture was a bit too fatty for my liking, so I probably wouldn't order it again. I also sampled some of their happy hour cocktails. While the drinks were tasty, they were served in very small glasses (think slightly larger than a double shot) for the $7 happy hour price. My Manhattan was served chilled without ice, while the Old Fashioned was served in a glass full of ice, making the actual amount of liquor in each comparable to about a shot. The menu is on the smaller side, focusing on appetizers, pizzas, and salads. Despite the small portions in the drinks, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant is so relaxing and earthy, it's a great spot to chill out in the evening.

Good scene in Nashville is top notch, and Lockeland Table as at the top of that list. The ambiance was lively and inviting, staff was incredibly friendly and kind, oh and the food was unreal. Pork chops and steak were incredible, and the pizza was delicious. Sat at the pizza bar and enjoyed being able to watch the team work to crank out that amazing food. Prices are reasonable as well relative to the quality of food and the portions you receive. Will definitely be back!

While visiting Nashville for the weekend, my husband and I decided to try something new and were excited to check this place out. The atmosphere was lively, with great music and a fun vibe. I especially loved watching the pizza oven in action and seeing the gentleman expertly making pizzas behind the counter. Our server was incredibly friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the menu. We started with the bread service and empanadas as appetizers, and both were fantastic. I highly recommend getting the pepper jelly with the bread—it takes it to the next level. The empanadas were packed with flavor, and the chimichurri sauce was so good that it actually inspired me to order the steak for my entrée. While the steak was cooked to the right temperature, it wasn’t seasoned as much as I prefer, but the chimichurri remained a highlight. My husband enjoyed his LT Pig Pizza, which was excellent, as well as the sustainable catch—a perfectly cooked and flavorful redfish. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d recommend giving this place a try if you’re in Nashville!
