Rise and Shine Cleaning

If I could give them less than 1 star I could. I just listened to this man completely abuse my sweet lovely mother over the phone and WRONGLY claim she hadn’t paid them for their shoddy services (I can corroborate that she paid him yesterday). She gave them money despite being overcharged simply to be rid of them, and then called and VERY politely said she no longer wanted their services due to their employee demanding more money (when she had already paid). This man immediately started going off on her over the phone SO loudly I could hear it from the next room. They are absolute jerks that I 100% believe took money they did not earn from someone due to their own poor communication and record keeping and then subsequently had the audacity to berate someone over the phone when all she had done, quite rightly, was request to be taken off their business list. I’m really grossed out by this incredibly unprofessional behavior and warn anyone against dealing with them.

I had an excellent experience with this company for both carpet cleaning and office cleaning services. The customer service was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The team did an amazing job cleaning our carpets, and the office space has never looked better. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for top-notch cleaning and a pleasant customer experience.
