After nearly three months of searching for the right plot in the Medchal area within my budget, I finally met Mr. Jagdish G.V — and the entire experience was excellent. With his help, I was able to find the perfect plot in the Fable County venture. The process was smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free, with no unnecessary negotiations or hassles. - Bunch of unprofessionals. - Lacks the transparent communication. - Doesn’t have proper original documents to produce for the properties. - Not enough good properties - Deals with sellers from outstations who expect you to pay an initial amount so that the seller would come to Hyderabad with original documents. Without the payment, the documents were refused which made the deal sound shady. - No participation from Hanu Realty except for ensuing their 2% commission, cheque to block the deal without the papers and getting the outstation sellers contact. After almost finalising the deal, suddenly stopped responding to emails, calls and messages. Not sure if this possible scam was from the seller or rhe realtors. Either ways, it was a pathetic 2.5 months experience. Glad that the deal was called off.
