Purchased for my boyfriend for his birthday in November, shipping was late so I asked them to cancel the order as we found pretty much the same stuff in Bloomingdale’s. Order was still delivered a week later, I returned it via the shipping method provided, they stated that an item had been worn (not true). They said no refund would be issued and that the package would be returned. I received one jacket in an Amazon box and have yet to receive the rest of the order nor a refund. I keep emailing them as that’s the only method of contact and no answer. This was a $1400 order and they not responding

Stay far AWAY from this bogus retailer. They use questionable wrongful tactics to deny valid returns and exchanges to keep customers’ money. There’s no reliable customer service number or process to assist customers.

Elana was super helpful in giving information on the brands California roots and the change in creative director which will bring about change to the clothing brand an aesthetic. The owner of the brand is close with Baccarat and so they have an impressive display of smashed Baccarat glassware as the center piece with Mens and Womens wear to the left and right. Majority of colorway is Black with leather goods, denim and accessories.

This is the worst online customer service I’ve ever experienced. The responses are slow and poorly thought out—feels like this brand is being run by a bunch of kids. Also the jeans fit horribly and the sizing charts are non existent for some items. Don't order from this brand.
