I needed a washer installed in my Condo, after dealing with a few plumbers and being given the run around, I was referred to Ritz Plumbing! The day I called Adrian M came out to see my needs! He and his crew were fantastic! And they were ready to start asap! We worked together on the day and they brought out a plumber by the name of Hulices! What an artist! Very knowledgeable and friendly! They finished the job and came back the next day to check on me! I will be using them in all my future projects that involve plumbing for sure!

last night (saturday) at about 9:30 pm, i walked into my downstairs bathroom which was totally flooded with blue water. turns out it was my neighbors bathroom that has the blue water and both of our places were underwater. she called a few plumbers, none of whom responded. it was sheer luck that connected her with ritz plumbing and SPECIFICALLY adrain a. they showed up within an hour. all 3 guys were great. they didn't do the once-over-fix-the-surface repair. they were here until way past midnight making sure that we could at least use our downstairs bathrooms until they could come back this morning (sunday) and fix the total problem. i've lived here through over 40 years worth of plumbers, who sometimes knew what they were doing and a lot of times didn't. i would not trust anyone else to repair the plumbing in our building again. adrain a and his team were not only professional but great guys as well. i'd ask for them if you want your work done correctly.

Called and was quoted $200 to hydro flush my backed up line. They didn’t have the equipment so they had to come back the next day. Now a different guy tells me it’s $450. I said the guy standing next to you said it was $200. New guy says fine but I have to leave a glowing review. I said ok but then he started in with I need a $2000 clean out installed for it to be done right. I said I don’t have that kind of money he says haven’t you heard of financing or you could call someone else and they will charge me more and he guarantees I’ll be calling him back. So I’m like no. Then he says he’ll do it for $1500. I say no. He tries to convince me that hydro flushing probably won’t work and so I’d be risking losing money etc. Oh, and they don’t have the equipment and would need to call another truck. I said forget it and they can leave. Called a rooter company and they flushed it within the hour and had another truck come by with a drain camera to make sure it was perfectly done. 6month guarantee w/ professionals. Don’t get pressured to pay with scare tactics.
