Pooja GondaliyaI had a really bad experience at this salon. I went in for an eyebrow threading and underarm waxing. The person who did my service clearly didn’t know what she was doing. She cut the skin under my eyebrows, and the waxing was extremely painful. It’s been two weeks, and my underarms are still itchy and sore. I’ve never had this kind of reaction before at any other place. I don’t think proper technique or hygiene was followed. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Jay GVery good cut and service from Pradeep. Nice place. Only concern is (a) kids cut for £10 is not the most competitive for Harrow. (B) They add a card usage charge on, even for using my debit card! This is against consumer trading and the law. Gill BungarooI visited on 26/09/24 for gel manicure.The member off staff was new.On leaving I noticed a few air bubbles and returned.The staff member filed back 2 nails and reapplied top coat.The next morning one nail gel was peeling off.I was unable to return as on my way to airport.In one week all 10 had peeled off and 2 nails have discoloration (brown/green) which I believe to be fungal.I have never had it before. I had my nails done as a holiday treat but they ended up an embarrassment .
