From the wonderful desk staff to the very competent vets you can’t go wrong bringing your pets to Arc. Our large dog is very warms up very slowly to new people and can be quite fearful. The vets and staff have always been supportive of getting him used to his surroundings. Our little dog has had two surgeries at Arc and has done very well. Arc has always followed up to be sure she was doing well. Surgery is expensive and stressful during healing time. It’s a big commitment for most people. It’s nice to feel that your dog is cared about by clinic.
I took my grand puppy Binx here! What a great veterinary office. Everyone is super nice and they offer a calm atmosphere for a nervous pet or pet Owner🙃. Dr. Guy was very easy to communicate with and really made an effort to listen to my concerns and help create a well thought out plan for moving forward.
This place is AMAZING! My dog is a naturally reactive and anxious. The atmosphere from walking was calm and he did amazing. Dr. Tess and her assistant were so wonderful. They were careful and mindful of what my dog's needs were. I know I was stressed taking him in because of his reactiveness but he was was at his best behavior ever.
