Dr. Matt has been my veterinarian for many years, and I cannot thank him enough for the exceptional care he has given all of my bulldogs. Most recently, my French Bulldog Harley underwent surgery to have two teeth removed, along with soft palate and nares procedures. I was very anxious, but Dr. Matt always knows exactly what to say to reassure me. He went above and beyond not only performing the surgery with great skill, but also staying at his clinic until 10:30 pm, hours after closing, to make sure Harley was stable and comfortable before sending her home. That kind of dedication is rare and shows how much he truly cares about both his patients and their owners. Over the years, Dr. Matt has also performed a very difficult surgery on my female bulldog Lexi. He was upfront and honest with his concerns, but thanks to his skill and care, Lexi pulled through and went on to live happily until 11 years old. My Bentley also lived to 12 under his exceptional care. These kinds of surgeries can be very expensive, and of course, we would do whatever was needed for our pets. But Dr. Matt has always been extremely fair and genuine, He provides outstanding veterinary care without ever overcharging, and his honesty, compassion, and dedication set him apart. I highly recommend Dr. Matt and his amazing team to all pet owners. Thank you for giving Harley, Lexi, Bentley and me such exceptional care and peace of mind through the years.

Oakpark is truly the kindest, most compassionate and caring vets we have ever been to. Dr.Kayla and her team saved my Lab Baileys life, she went there as a referral patient just to get a CT as she was hit by a car a couple weeks prior. As soon as the CT was done we got a call confirming that Bailey had a Diaphragmatic hernia and that immediate surgery was recommended to save her life as her liver was sitting in her chest cavity. Dr.Kayla went out of her way and did her operation right then and there to ensure she had the best chance of survival. We did know prior to the CT that the hernia was a possibility but we were beyond concerned that we would never be able to afford such treatment as we were quoted $12,000 from other vets. Oakpark not only performed her surgery but also her CT for half the price and because of how much they truly care I still have my Bailey with me and she’s slowly recovering day by day. There are many vet offices that feel as though they just want your money and I can ensure anyone that Oakpark truly cares about the wellbeing of your pet and is there because they truly love animals and want to help. I honestly can’t recommend a better place to trust with the care of your furbabies and I will forever be beyond thankful for the entire team at Oakpark.

I'd gone to Oakpark Pet Hospital for 11 years, since getting my Airedale Charlotte. I liked the clinic and staff so much that I continued to go here even once I had moved to Hamilton. I can truly say that I've never had a negative experience with any staff here. They clearly hire very well. Every vet I've dealt with has been awesome. Charlotte passed away in March and the care and support that I got from them leading upto her rapid decline didn't go unnoticed. This is truly a wonderful place, with wonderful people. Your pet deserves a clinic like this
