Overall great experience here! Dr banger is very knowledgeable and is very good with our dog! Had a vet fill in for him on Friday there and she was awesome as well! I recommend it to everyone needing a vet.

It was my first trip to bring my kitten in for his first set of vaccinations. Loved how friendly everyone was. They were great with him and showed my kitten so much love. I Feel good that my kitten got the proper care he needed and feel confident he’s in good hands.

Hi , Doctor Bangar and his staff are very experienced and professionals . I drove four hours from windsor to his hospital to get treatment for my pets , They explain everything in detail before performing surgery and they follow up everyday even after treatment. They really do care about your pet personally and professionally . I highly recomend doctor Bangar. Thanks

Back in May 2025, I took my dog there for his rabies shot. The vet said if l give him another shot before one year expires then he'll be good for 3 years, otherwise only 1 year. Yeah, l don't understand the science behind that. Cody had his rabies shot and l came to give a shot before the last shot expired, so l should be good for 3 years, but the vet never said that. I mentioned that to the girl at the ftont desk and she said l'm probably right and Cody should be good for 3 years and that she'll look into that and call me back. Never called back. This front desk girl gave me an uncomfortable vibe. She kept suggesting me to give my dog all these other shots and telling me the percentages of dogs that got this and that disease and died and such...quite a morbid atmosphere. I said l'll think about it. So l went there a couple weeks later for some Simparico, tick and heart worm meds. Then she was at it again, advising me to give my dog these shots using sorta scare tactics of how many dogs died, like she is working on commission or something. I really hated her threatening demeanor. I said l just want the tick meds and l'll think about it. Then she suddenly pulls out a waiver form and says l have to sign it. I said what for? I just came in to purchase some tick meds, 6 pills for $235.00 btw...outrageous. But anyways, l said why do l have to sign a waiver? She said because l refused to give my dog a heart worm vaccination. Come again? Whats this about? Frankly, l thought it was just rude and totally unnecessary. I shouldn't have signed it and just left. But l signed it and bought the pills at a rip off price, and I made up my mind that this clinic is not where l want to bring my dog. I will never go back. Promise. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Response to your reply. First, l didn't say it was Dr. Bangar that said my dog would die, or anybody for that matter. Plz read my review more carefully. And as for you saying you checked with my last vet and stated Cody's rabies shot was long overdue, well thats a lie. My dog's rabies shot was not long overdue or even overdue at all. I have the documents to prove that. And telling me l HAD to sign a waiver form because l didnt want other shots for my dog...well, thats just ridiculous. I just came in to purchase tick and heart worm tablets, which by the way as l did check around, were over priced. If l felt uncomfortable by all the death stats l was being bombarded with then it says something about how your receptionist communicates and deals with clients. I felt threatened by her scare tactics in trying to sell me vaccines. It was like l was being read my Miranda Rights at a police station. And slapping me with a waiver form, in a very cold manner btw, when l just wanted to buy some tick tablets is a little over the top, isn't it? Your receptionist is not the kind of person l want to see and deal with again. When l left your clinic, l felt disturbed and uncomfortable, and just knew l would not be returning.
