Customer experiences
From initial consultation to surgery date, I had a great experience. I even had to call 2 weeks before original appointment date because I was in pain and they got me in right away. Nurses and the dentist were all fantastic, friendly and funny, and everyone made me feel so comfortable. Highly recommend this place 10/10 FOR SURE!
At 5:20 pm on the Friday of the September 2025 long weekend my tooth broke. I was panicking. I called my own dentist office, the Emergency Department to ask if they had an on-call dentist and several other local dentists. All closed. My daughter was able to talk to this office and get me an appointment within the hour. They were so accommodating to my predicament. I was taken into an office, had an X-ray taken and was seen by the nicest dentist ever. She reassured me that I didn’t need to be panicked. My tooth, although it was broken, would not cause me any pain over the weekend. She said that my own dentist could discuss with me what my options would be when I saw her the following week. She sent the X-ray to my dentist. My Bill for the Emergency Visit with an X-ray, $80.00. I couldn’t believe it. Anywhere else, I would expect to pay hundreds of dollars. Amazing staff, amazing dentist and amazing price. Thank you all so much.
I had to book an emergency dental appointment and from the very first call, I knew I was in good hands. Sue, who helped me on the phone, was kind, reassuring, and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. The other three receptionists at the front desk were equally warm, friendly, and professional. Dr. Bahareh was outstanding, she listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and did everything possible to make the visit as comfortable and pain free as it could be. The whole team made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m truly grateful for their care. I’ll definitely be returning here for all my future dental needs.
I had an appointment today with my 5-year-old daughter for a simple cleaning (costing $680 — thankfully covered by insurance). She walked in with perfectly healthy teeth, but walked out with a chipped tooth. When I asked what happened, I was told “she came in with it,” which is completely untrue. I have photos and videos taken right before the appointment showing her teeth were intact, and even their own panoramic X-ray from 3 months ago confirms everything was fine. The dentist even acknowledged the tooth was sharp after the cleaning, yet no responsibility was taken. It is heartbreaking that my daughter, at only 5 years old, now has to deal with a broken tooth until her adult teeth come in. On top of this, the prices are extremely high, and the staff did not seem comfortable working with children. Overall, a very disappointing and upsetting experience. I cannot recommend this clinic, especially for young children.
