Update to Donna Ross’ review: Our new home is almost complete. Superior Walls came last week and set the foundation. They did an excellent job and the foundation not only looks great, the insulation makes it highly energy efficient. Next came the house on two trucks. The set crew was on site and started working in the dark to unwrap the modules. Before the end of the day, the crew had the house set and secured to the foundation and the garage assembled. The next day the garage roof was assembled, papered and shingled. Great job and thank you all!

Their online chat forum is horrible. A "real agent" couldnt answer any of my questions, refused to help me and closed the chat when I asked to speak to someone alive. They offer "live chat" and this is what I got.

Worst experience as first time home builders. Absolutely would never use them again! Was a total nightmare and a joke! Definitely recommend using another company in the area!! The pictures we took of our experience wasn't even half of the nightmare we had to endure. Took over 5 months to get the job completed and still had things needing done and numerous repairs (for a modular home 🤯) Allowed a contractor to go 30k over budget and never notify you until the end of the project. No power hooked up for 4 months until we called ourselves and got it done. Wrong stone work was applied to house and needed removed and restoned with correct stone. Siding on the house was given to one contractor and when I say 1 I mean 1 guy for a 2 story house with a 3 car garage. So needless to say that took almost 5 months to get everything sealed up, all awhile birds and creatures were building nest and flying into the attic and open spaces. These are just a few of the disasters we had to deal with. Was totally caosis and unorganization the entire project. Felt like we were doing everything ourselves when we were paying them to do the job. On another note tho Champion Homes did an excellent job constructing the house so we would definitely buy from them but not the same contractor ever again 😒 Just glad it's all over 😐

I have seen several of the homes they've built so far & have been stunned by how gorgeous they are. Got a great quote from the sales folks. They're very flexible & willing to answer a million questions. I especially love their unique design elements in the homes- the extended island for eat in & the drawers on the lower levels instead of cabinets. Gorgeous, quality work!
