I had a great experience with Modern Mortgage Financial. They gave me the best rate their first time and never changed it throughout the entire process. I had Jacob Tyler as my agent and he was on top of the game the entire time. He made sure everything I needed was turned in on time before time. He took care of getting the appraisal set up and made it happen quick. The entire process was just over 2 weeks to complete. No one else would commit to that time frame or even close. 5 Stars to Jacob Tyler and Modern Mortgage Financial. These guys make it happen.

I rarely give review BUT. I had a terrific experience with Mike and Hank here. They were with me every step of the way even with a couple challenges with state law differences and HOA restrictions in particular. They gave me the best deal possible and made themselves available for all questions. This was not a process I was familiar with but they helped me to understand in simple terms. BOTTOM LINE: they saved me money and were very honest about the process while being available for questions and honest about what all was needed. Hard to ask for more. Maybe my best recommendation- I would honestly recommend them to my family
