Phenomenal. I'd do again anytime. The boat is adorable. Captain Kevin's narration was interesting and his knowledge of the river quite impressive. They feed you breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks with iced tea, lemonade and water available any time. The bar looks well stocked, though I don't drink so I can't comment on the drink quality. But the star if this show is the staff. Always smiling, friendly, accommodating and professional. You're assigned a table for your entire trip. Which was very helpful because you had a place to leave your "things" when you got uo to go out on deck and sight see. This is primarily a 50+ crowd but we got to meet some really nice people. And enjoy the serenity of the river and sights as they rolled by.

Very nice 2 day river cruise! The crew was super and the food was great. Was really fun to go through 2 locks and the Captains narrations was fascinating. The hotel you stay at in Dubuque was super. The best was just sitting on deck watching 83 miles of shore go by. Be sure to take binoculars to see a lot of eagles!

We had a great time on this cruise, so very well organized, food was very good and a lot of it! Our motel room had a great view of the Mississippi. Would highly recommend if you want to see the beauty of the Mississippi! The captain and crew were fantastic!

Dark Myth

The boat ride was relaxing for the most part. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was it was a lot of simple carbs so it kept you hungry. So you ate but weren't really ever full for very long. The boat itself is a modern day replica. It does not have a paddle on the back of it seen on the pictures I took it uses a modern day engine that when running if you're in the back shakes everything. The singers on the boat were alright for some songs but very cringe on others. They didn't have the voice to sing certain songs and it was painful to listen to. Other songs they made weird like explaining beforehand this is a song about old people having sex or this is a song about swimming naked. Mind you their audience were mostly senior citizens carrying oxygen tanks. One big complaint they allow smoking on the back of the boat. I was sitting on the side continuously smelled cigarette smoke it was disgusting. Please make your ship non smoking.
