Our sales rep, Richard, and his team have consistently delivered excellent products at a really great price. Richard goes above and beyond to help us with last minute requests, late night pick ups, and tricky designs in coordination with their in-house design team. I went by last week to pick up an order and the receptionist offered us some free samples, one of which has become my husband's new day-to-day hat because he loves it so much. They have so many blank pieces to choose from and make ordering different kinds of merchandise a breeze so we don't have to risk working with some company found online in another state. They're also conveniently right on I-35 in San Marcos which makes stopping in to pick up a quick and easy process. I wish every business was as on top of it as River City is. Trust me. Use them!
