We have been coming here for a few years now and they just keep getting better. Doctors are actually listening to you and work with you to find a solution. They don't just treat you as a number and try to push you out the door. Open and honest and seem to actually care. We had never used the pharmacy now until recently and I will never go anywhere else. 10 minutes for a fill and they are better priced than Costco! The ladies at the front are really friendly and pleasant. Wait times are minimal. I can call for an appointment and usually get in the same day or a day later. When our healthcare feels like it's failing, this clinic gives me hope that there are still great doctors and medical clinics out there!

This clinic can be so up and down. I went a month ago because my son hurt his finger at football, so the coach wanted it looked at and to get a doctor clearance before he could play again. It is frustrating that they can’t just give you a call or email about the results, but we went in and the doctor wrote a quick note, and on we went. My son hurt his finger again, so we do this whole drill again. Go back for the results, and we wait for 30 mins, to be notified that the doctor isn’t even at the office yet, so I rebooked for the next day, as they weren’t sure when the doctor planned to arrive. We see the doctor, find out nothing was broken, and he tells us we can leave, but I asked him for a doctor’s note, like the last time. He tells me the front desk has to write it and they proceed to charge $40 for a “sick note”. My son can’t play football without this note, and they’ve already collected how much from all the office visits. Seriously $40. I’m so disgusted. Also, I need to address the air freshener they emit at the front entrance, it is extremely thick! I get headaches and nauseous immediately when I sit in the waiting room breathing it in.

Our experience with Dr. Camille Torbey was disappointing. He did not seem to review the patient's medical history before the appointment, and he asked for blood tests that had already been completed. We had to drive over half an hour to the clinic only to find the visit unhelpful. We would have appreciated more preparation and attention to the patient's records before the consultation
