I had my very first treatment (standard pedicure) just a few weeks ago. Didn't know what to expect, but it exceeded my expectations for sure. The front staff, specific shout out to the absolutely delightly Asian young woman with the British accent, has a real ease, with customer service. She was warm, intelligent, friendly and spot-on with how to address the customer. She made me feel cared for throughout the transaction, even when the strap on my purse broke right in front of her, she had a natural way of "supporting" me that is often not taught, it just comes with empathy. And of course, the beautiful staff that did my pedicure was absolutely wonderful and thoughtful. My goodness I know I won't get her name right (Vanessa?). She too was warm and knew how to read my cues. I loved every moment in this spa, just wish I planned my day to stay longer!

I had a truly rejuvenating experience. From the moment I walked in, I was wrapped in calm and care. The Swedish massage (by Heather) was deeply relaxing, and the facial (by Crystal) left my skin glowing and refreshed. The sauna and lounge area added a luxurious touch, making the whole visit feel like a retreat. It was the perfect way to unwind and feel pampered. Highly recommend

I have been coming to Riverside Spa for over a decade. The service and atmosphere is always fantastic. I have been having facials with Jordan regularly for some time and highly recommend. It’s relaxing and my skin feels great afterward.
