Mikinzi BStan was great. Super friendly and helpful. He installed a new flood light on the side of our house, pulled out old phone wiring in the basement, and helped me re-label and organize the old circuit breaker we have. Would definitely recommend and work with him again!

Ken SLasting impressions. Hero - a couple of areas for improvement. First on following up on a complaint, and second for a driver to not drive across my lawn on their way to my neighbor's service call. The first service person assured me over and over that I would get a follow up call within two days (probably sooner). Her tone and reassurance helped calm me down. Now after a week, I called in and heard that you did receive my email last Tuesday with videos and photos, and I am told you'll have the manager "talk with the driver". I get what I take for common sense and common decency is not so common for others. 1.) follow up when you say you will and 2.) do not drive on someone's lawn while you are attempting a U-turn in the street. Tire tracks aside, impressions last. No need to respond. I have looked at many of the 1 star reviews and the common theme is the "cut and paste" response. I get it, you're sorry for any inconvenience and your goal is excellent customer service. Just letting you know of the lasting impression you made with me. Hopefully others will be the benefactor of any changes you decide to implement.
Amanda ReynoldsChris came by for *not just* a furnace tune up; there was nothing “mere” about his visit. He took a thorough look at the entire utility room, noting areas of concern other than the furnace, other appliances that may be affecting the performance of our heating system. He was willing to explain each step of the process, distilling the ins and outs of the furnace in a manner I could understand. He spoke at length with me about his findings and prepared several quotes so I can think through possible repair options. I appreciate that all Hero technicians prepare written and photo documentation of their work for easy review. Most of all, I appreciate the time (as time is a valuable commodity) Chris spent with us evaluating our heating system in the context of our family life. I trust that we will seek Hero again with our heating and cooling needs.
