NanaThis place is great for smokers. Although the rooms are non-smoking, the cigarette smoke is all throughout the hotel. The smell just got worse as time went on and there was no getting away from it. Also, the rooms are quite dated and a few things need to be replaced, to include the phone that didn't work. The three positives were the location on the river, the clean, fresh linens and the front desk gem, Mrs. Dionne. She was very helpful and pleasant. We were pulling an RV and she helped us to figure out parking and the best places to eat.
Gwen HartleyThe restaurant had run out of ranch dressing but wouldn’t allow you to substitute the salad for another side. Bake potato had butter and sour cream only provided on the side(no cheese). The only thing that was good was the drinks.
Lisa WallaceWe had a nice time during our stay. The room was clean and smelled nice. Tje staff is great. We especially liked the very tall security guard. Only complaint is that its a bit understaffed. There was only one waitress on the casino floor and she was doing her best to keep up, but clearly could have used some help. Would stay here again if in the area.
Shankar BellapurI fell for the google reviews and booked this hotel during my trip on this route, the hotels looks good from outside and inside the ambience was not that great and even casino has very very few table games and casino was filled with full of cigarette smoke, I couldn't even stay in casino more than 10mins.. even the room carpet was not clean & it was smelling too, tv is of no use as you cannot browse anything on it and no free content to play on it except couple of news channels. Overall I didn't get a great feel about this casino hotel and I will not recommend this for both stay and casino games..
