Went in for a routine cleaning. Specifically and adamantly told the hygienist to not be rough whatsoever with my lower anterior as the gum and bone tissue was delicate. Proceeds to use a super floss and punch holes in my gums. I now have a brand new black triangle which is likely to progress like the others which only ever started from an aggressive cleaning like this. Have pictures. Definitely not trusting these guys again, want my gum tissue back now I'm going to have another gaping hole that'll develop Odd I never had issues for years and years until people started aggressively pushing floss through the front to back of my lower teeth when I tell them no.

I have seen a few different dentists here and all of them have been courteous, caring and very professional. The dental assistants are so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, putting me at ease. The receptionists as well are all smiles, courteous and helpful. I recommend Riviera Dental Clinic in a heartbeat.

The people at Riviera Dental are very kind understanding very knowledgeable. We take their time to explain things we take their time doing any procedure that is being done. I’ve had procedures done where we’ve gone through discussions and actually decided that we’re better off. Going to a specialist in that area. I love their honesty and their patience.
