Stress-free and good service. Mechanic went out of his way to explain the issues and options for repair. New spark plugs fitted, same day. Really good value, and engine light has gone off, and hasn't come back on since. Only took it here for convenience as working nearby, but will be using these again for my next MOT in future.

Had my car from Monday morning first thing till end of day Thursday taking it back after the original work wasnt carried out properly and came away spending over £1000 with an mot for a £2000 car if you get a problem don't be surprised if they put 2 lots of parts/labour on before sorting the original problem and billing you aswel , also never phoned back when they said they would and I would advise you to stay well away. Worst experience I have had with a garage and probably will ever have. Update: 7 hours diagnostic you say and my car still has the problem clearly they have no idea what they are doing whatever company name on here they want to come under, you can come up with every excuse going but I spent £1100 and still the problem continues sorry would they like another £1000 i wouldn't bring my car back even if any extra work and parts were free! And all they could shout about was they gave me a £40 pipe for free if I stole £1000 off someone and gave them £50 back I can imagine they would be well chuffed.

Left my BMW X3 with this MOT garage and was very pleased with the service I received and the quick turnaround time. Originally went in for new tyres but have also had a full service and my sat nav issue fixed. Will definitely use again, thanks guys!

I can't not fault the customer service and professionalism I received from the guys after being turned away from a different company they were more than happy to help me,. and very cost effective would definitely be using RMG again
