Overall - 3/5 - I have ordered from Robby's a few times now and overall their good is alright. Can't say I love it but don't hate it either. Their pricing is generally fair and often can get your food pretty quickly. Todays order was a XL Pizza with Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Ground Beef & double cheese plus a large ceasar salad. Their website didn't allow for half & half pizza so I added a request in the instructions which unfortunately wasn't followed or they don't do half and half pizzas. Food - 3/5 - I am quite picky on my pizza, but some easy ways to win my heart is delicious sauce or cheesy pizza. For an extra sauce pizza with double cheese I can't say Robby's won me over. Toppings were alright. Not a fan of bacon crumble or the fact bacon strip was sold out plus it cost extra for it. Ceasar Salad was pretty good, probably enjoyed it more then the pizza. Service - 3/5 - Food was ready within an acceptable amount of time and was nice and hot. I enjoy the fact they offer online ordering for us anti-social types lol. Not a fan of the fact either my request wasn't followed or they don't do half & half pizzas. Atmosphere - 3/5 - Its your stereotypical take out pizza shop. Nothing fancy except a couple of those toy vending machines. Would be nice if they offered a few seats for anyone wanting to enjoy a slice since they have some space for it.

This was my first time at Robby's tonight! The staff were very friendly. Since it was my first time, they gave me a pepperoni slice and to eat in front of them ... and wow, it was delicious. They stated they make their own sauce and pizza dough, you can certainly tell for sure! Very pleasant experience, I wrapped them in a blanket till I arrived at home 20 minutes away, still very hot! My hubby loved it as well! So you have a new customer! It's too bad there isn't a sitting area for people who want to eat in. Other than that, excellent!! Michele B.

Another one of the greats has fallen. I use to go out of my way to stop here when coming through Brantford. It was such a great pie years ago. Ordered today and received a different price then advertised on their site. Was told it’s because of an online discount but maybe you might specify that also on your site if that’s the case. I wish that was the worst of it but what a received was a dry piece of bread with a sprinkling of sauce and cheese on it and it is 100% not the cheese they use to use. So let’s recap. One price on their menu and a different price when you go to pay. A pizza with almost not toppings and a cheap plastic cheese instead of the quality ingredients they once used. Save your time and money, this is not the Robby’s you remember!!!
