Gail is remarkable. When a real estate transaction took a very unexpected turn for the worse, we were faced with very important decisions to make which would have potentially catastrophic consequences for our family, and very little time in which to make them. So, we reached out to Gail and a few other lawyers in the area. Of all five we contacted, Gail was the only one who responded to us - at all. Not only did she respond, she did so very quickly. Gail was not able to help us because of her location, but she kindly took the time to refer us to a friend of hers who could, and even did us the courtesy of informing that friend of our situation and composing a nice email introduction for us all. As if it wasn't enough that she had helped us avoid a bad situation, she even followed up with us a few days later to make sure that we were doing okay and that we were able to get the help we needed from her referral. There are very few people these days, especially in the business of law, who are so kind and who will go out of their way to help others, even if there is no personal benefit to them. Gail is a bona fide Good Person, as well as smart and a great communicator. She must be an exceptional asset to her clients. I almost wish I had a reason to work with her myself.

Gail is such a sweet and wonderful lawyer. I initially left her a voicemail regarding a legal consultation for Property Tax Appeal. She called me back the next day and although she doesn't offer service in that area, she was so patient, listened to my concerns and gave me very helpful legal advice. Prior to speaking with her, I contacted multiple real estate lawyers in Philadelphia. I sent them emails and left voicemails, but they didn't even bother contacting me back. The fact that Gail took time out of her day to help me while she is recovering from surgery shows how kind and considerate she is as a person.

My experience with Gail was exceptional! She is very gracious, extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly, she is honest and tells you candidly what can or cannot be done. She shares and provides advice even on the first consult much more than any other laywer. We need more lawyers like her.
