My experience with Robert Half, particularly with Jordan Ratinon, was extremely disappointing. They don’t seem to have real job opportunities; instead, they collect personal details, reference information, and other sensitive data before even disclosing details about the company or role. After that, they simply ghost you without any follow-up. Jordan Ratinon also showed a complete lack of professionalism. I was scheduled for a half-hour interview, but he arrived 15-20 minutes late without any apology or explanation, wasting my time. For other job seekers out there: Do not share your manager’s name or provide reference details. Robert Half is not trustworthy—they only care about their business. They will call your reference, not to verify your background, but to pitch their services and try to get business from them. Even if you don’t provide direct contact details, they will use tricks to get your manager’s name and then reach out via LinkedIn to sell their services. If you value your time and privacy, I highly recommend avoiding Robert Half and Jordan Ratinon. There are far better agencies that respect candidates and genuinely help with job placements.
