We put in our offer and Craig ensured that we would be in a position to complete, which resulted in our offer being accepted. Craig called us regularly for updates, which we felt was keeping our seller engaged throughout the process, and the ultimate result was that we completed on the purchase of our fantastic new home in Rayleigh. I have had to sell my mum's house and I was a complete novice to the procedure. Claire and Craig metaphorically held my hand the whole way.
