We have used Robinson Floors twice with excellent results and an extremely satisfying experience. The first time we did not know very much about hardwoods. William and Andy took the time to understand our needs and explain the different wood species, the different types of flooring and the process. We went with engineered hickory hardwood the first time two years ago. They were always available to answer our questions about maintenance and made sure we were happy with our investment. This past year, we had a slab leak under the floor. It was heartbreaking to find out we had to replace all the hardwoods on the first floor. Andy was an outstanding resource to our insurance adjuster and persuaded them to approve natural hickory hardwood with staining to match the upstairs. This was because we could no longer get the exact product. Everything turned out wonderful and we got an upgraded floor also! We had a great experience with both crews. This time we had Diego as our crew foreman. He was extremely knowledgeable and communicated with us everyday as we had to move out of the house, furniture and everything. You can see it was a perfect match to the sample we approved before starting. He took great care of cleaning and locking up each day. We fully trusted him. I highly recommend Anderson Floors!

I would definitely use Robinson Floors again. They had a wide selection of luxury vinyl plank which is what we were looking for & their installed price was considerably better then a competitor for the same flooring. Their quote was well detailed. Their people did a good job installing the floor & replacing the shoe moulding - very well done mitered corners! Definitely recommend.

I had foundation issues and needed to have piers installed inside my house. Holes had to be dug in my hallways. My existing floors needed to be removed. William and his team came in and removed the flooring for the foundation work. Afterward they installed new flooring to match my existing floors. I also had them take out the carpet in the bedrooms and install hand scraped hard wood to match my existing floors. The team was professional, hard working and had great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Robinson Flooring!! Love my new floors!!

We LOVE Robinson Floors! We had a water leak in our kitchen island that led to our 1st floor hardwoods needing a re-do. The kitchen floor had to be replaced. The rest of the first floor had to be sanded, re-scraped, and re-stained. Also, our kitchen island had to be re-built. In addition to all the floor work, Robinson coordinated each of the contractors required to get us back to normal - cabinetry, plumbing, packing/moving/unpacking all our belongings & furniture, electrical, and painting! Throughout the process, every person we came in contact with was easy to work with, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and cared about us being satisfied with the work being done. We are really happy with the results and highly recommend Robinson Floors!
