The office I was taken into was not clean and the x-ray machine wasn't working properly - I decided to go somewhere else due to this and because their lab did not do what I needed. But the worst part is they keep sending me emails for someone name Connie, I emailed back stating I am not Connie (no reply back) so I called after getting another one of Connie's emails and the young lady acted like she didn't care. Then she said I'm not showing an email on your account, I informed her of course not because your office put my email on Connie's account, She still acted like its no big deal even after I informed her of HIPPA. I then asked for their main number and the lady that answered was even more rude and unconcerned. I informed her I would be writing a review and she hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL OFFICE - Customer service is very poor and they don't care if they give out your info. REMOVE MY EMAIL FROM Connie's INFO!!!!

Office is very clean and everyone is nice and very professional. The doctor is as well and they all seem genuine as well. The reason for the four stars was due to the wait. Other than that a really good dental office.

Very efficient from the front desk registration to the dentist. Knowledgeable in his field. Explained every step of the way. Put a plan together with all the results even offered a payment plan. Was very satisfied with my visit. Thank you for making my visit pleasant.

I had an awful experience with my last routine teeth cleaning. It took exactly 8 minutes from start till I walked out the front door. My teeth felt horrible, usually they are smooth after a cleaning not this time. I called to notify about my experience nobody bothered to call me back.
