I made a house purchase, and Tyler were actually the sellers agents, rather than acting for my directly. However, I found them superb at every stage, from viewing through to completion. Very professional, super personal and, I can't emphasise enough, how super super responsive via WhatsApp, any query was answered within hours. I made many queries including 2nd viewings, arranging two surveys (first surveyor failed to provide a timely report), enquiries regarding furnishings, property specifics for Arranging buildings insurance (lock types, smoke alarms etc) and they were incredibly fast with responses. They have the full team monitoring the WhatsApp and I can tell they were absolutely on it. I appreciate that agents can only act as fast on responses as they can get them from the seller, and in my case I was lucky the seller was as motivated to move as quickly as I was, however I am 100% confident that at no point were the agents the cause of any delay. You can't really ask more of an agent that that! Bearing in mind they weren't acting for me, and I paid them nothing, the service was top notch. They kept me up to date on the status of everything far faster and more accurately than my solicitors did, for example they notified me that exchange had successfully completed half a day before my solicitors. When it comes time to sell my new property I will absolutely, 100% be using Taylor Estates, I'd give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

Tyler Estates provided excellent service throughout our house sale. They took some great photos of the property and within a couple of weeks we had sold at the asking price. Tylers are a local company and the team are friendly and quick to deal with queries. They were also able to point us in the direction of a really good solicitor to act on our behalf.
