Rock Hotel

I am so sorry I had to write this review. Guesthouse so hard to find, no sign outside. Why? Many complaints about in previous reviews! I was welcomed by a nice guy, but he spoke not a single word of English. It was very hard to communicate with. He wrote me via translator they don't have my booking... I worried, it was so hot there and I was so tired due long hours of travel. Then he rang up an English speaking woman. She handled the situation professional, found my reservation. The guy showed me a disgusting room. Smelly and totally dirty, walls and sheets full of stains, seemed not to be cleaned after last guest. The nice woman on the phone managed a better room for me. There, bedsheets were clean. However, I found used towels from previous guests. Regarding to the price I paid, it was still ok. But I would never stay there again.

Very difficult to locate the place.There is no name board visible from the street. At the entrance there is a courrier service office and accessibilty to the hotel become very difficult because of this office. Infront of the office they parked there vehicle also. The hotel must put there own name board in front ,so that the customers can easily identify hotel. The OYO number also must be in bold big letters and easily visible from the street.

The staffs are so kind :) Good location as well.
