When we arrived the staff was really friendly and the service was fast. Results where there right away and I even got a call a day after to ask about our health status and if we were doing okay.
Åse IngeborgTourists be aware! First impressions of this clinic/office was good, as they were welcoming, wait was short, doctor was professional and sincere. However, as I was paying for the consultation I was told in a very quick manner it was 50,000 shillings. I asked for a receipt (to show to my insurance) and the other worker then wrote 25,000 for the consultation. I understood then that the front-desk worker was trying to steal 25.000 from me. I asked what’s going on, and was suddenly surrounded by 3 guys speaking in Luganda and being very loud. Not only is it criminal, it felt like racism. Add to the fact that I was sick and tired, this sort of operation is absolutely abhorrent and I can only warn other tourist, and hope the front desk worker in question can be followed up and that this will have some consequences. You do not treat people like this!
Kintu TracyTerrible service. Ordered a product from the whatsapp line, was assured of its availability. I was then requested to make payment via Rocket wallet, which failed and was given an option of MOMO pay, made payment and waited for delivery, 20 minutes later I get called by the pharmacy that the product requested is out of stock!!! How??? is there no internal confirmations the person manning the whatsapp takes before requesting for payment and assuring availability to a customer?? !! Told i have to wait for unspecified period before a refund is made!!! Did I mention the entire back and forth took over 1 1/2 hours .Wasted time !!! Truly disappointed!!
