Customer experiences
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rocket Wraps. Their product is top notch, amazing customer service, super nice people and my car looks AWESOME. I am beyond thrilled with the job they did. Baby looks beautiful š
From start to finish Rocket Wraps has been professional and helpful. This is my second wrap with them and excited with how it turned out. They made professional recommendations along the way and made sure to take their time to do it the right way. Andy was who helped me through these last two weeks and made sure to explain the nuances of a wrap. We spoke about some ways to add some details and plan to be back soon with a few new wrinkles.
We had the best experience with Rocket Wraps ! Rodney and Ariana are amazing as are the entire crew! They were professional, they were quick, and you can tell they love what they do. I hope we have another vehicle or two to bring to them in the future so we can use them again . They did an amazing work on our trailer and weāre so happy that we gave them our business !! They also do a lot to support veterans which we love seeing!! Go with Rocket Wraps you will not be disappointed.
Iām not one to normally leave bad reviews, but this has to be one of the most poorly run establishments Iāve ever dealt with. They simply do not do what they say they will do. From the start, there were broken promises, missed deadlines, and subpar work. When I first called for a quote on a partial van wrap, I was told $999ā$1,600 depending on design. After paying $300 for a design (which was basically copying what we already had), they quoted $2,600. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told the salesman was new and that they āwouldnāt make any moneyā at $1,600. The owner, Rodney, even sent another project quote showing their cost at $1,300, which didnāt help their case. I agreed to pay $2,000 with the contingency it would be done within a week. Rodney assured me heād ādo it himself if he had to.ā Friday came and went with zero communication, and when I called, I was told the material was delayed for Labor Day and the job hadnāt started. It wasnāt āreadyā for almost another week, and when I arrive to pick it up, the work was extremely sloppy. The sales guy agreed it wasnāt acceptable, so they kept it several more days to fix it. While the final work still wasnāt great, we took the van since we needed it for business. When dropping it off for the two-week check, I was told if I brought it Tuesday, itād be ready the same day. We dropped it off Monday to give them extra timeābut by Wednesday afternoon, it still wasnāt done. They promised it would be ready by 6 PM, yet Thursday morning when I arrived I was again told it wasnāt complete. Waited over an hour to pick it up and the work is still sloppy- not sure what they even did. Anyone can slap vinyl on a van, but few businesses can waste your time and dodge responsibility quite like this one. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
