Today was my first time going to this dentist, and let me tell you, it was one of the best experience I had! The staff were super friendly. Just walking in you felt very welcomed by the two awesome receptionist, Nadia and Nathalie! Then Crystalle who did an AMAZING job. My teeth are very sensitive and she was so gentle and explained to me everything! A huge thank you to the receptionists, Crystalle and Dr.Florenta as well for making my first experience at your dentist one that I will be more than happy to come back to. Your smiles, positive energy and much more was the best!

I based my review on 1 phone call..i have not experienced an appointment. I called and asked if they accepted the Canadian Dental Care Program. I was told yes....except they do not do direct billing so I would have to pay for the appointment out of pocket and get reinbursed. I got a confirmation letter from Service Ontario concerbing my CDCP plan and it states in bold lettering to NOT PAY OUT OF POCKET. ONLY FEES THAT ARE NOT COVERED BY THE PLAN. YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED BY THE CDCP...Seems shady they would claim to accept CDCP and have you pay out of pocket just so you can find out you wont get reimbursed.

I have always had a fantastic experience with Dr. Gimurtu and her friendly staff. Despite living far away, I always return to them because of their exceptional knowledge, high-quality work, excellent customer service, and genuine care. The office conditions are also outstanding. Dr. Florenta is a skilled and compassionate dentist who makes me feel comfortable throughout my visits. The hygienists and assistants are professional and gentle. They were also incredibly responsive and helpful during my recent dental emergency, providing quick and effective care. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent dental care!
