The team at SWO General Contracting renovated our bathroom, and we’re in love! Jerome helped us achieve our desired look/design while remaining within our budget. Once work began, the project management was top notch. At the end of each day, we’d receive notification of what trades were coming the following day and at what time. They were 100% accurate — every person who was supposed to arrive on a particular day did, and at the exact time as reported. Everyone who came into our home was friendly, polite and kind. They took utmost care to protect parts of our home that were in their travel path. They even took our gallery wall pictures down because they noticed they could become damaged while moving up and down the stairs. The quality of work is fantastic and we are so happy with the final product. We definitely recommend them and we are planning on working with them on our next project.

Met Jerome at the London Home Show. He and Peter came to our home and presented a plan within our budget. Both are very professional and helped us to design a plan for our needs and budget. Walked us through the selection and build process. The team doing the renovations were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. i.e. They disassembled our old cabinets with care so that we were able to sell them. If changes were necessary they always discussed with us first to ensure we were going to be happy with the outcome. They cleaned up everyday after themselves. The little fixes were not overlooked. They wanted our renovation to be perfect. We would highly recommend SWO to anyone without reservation. Thank you SWO for a job well done. We are ecstatic with our new kitchen.

I met Jerome and Peter early last year to discuss renovations to my kitchen and main floor. They were professional, talented, helpful, and knowledgeable. Together we created a plan to open up my kitchen and redesign the whole main floor. I liked and trusted them immediately. They did not disappoint. Peter created a wonderful design. He advised and assisted throughout the process with all selections and choices. The work was done on time as expected and their crew were professional and respectful. They showed up when promised and cleaned up between each stage. Changes to the design were made without question as the project progressed. We had Jerome come and give us a quote for a kitchen remodel, partial wall removal and updates to our living room beside the kitchen. He told us how things were done and what projects they'd did before. He was knowledgeable about what could/couldn't be done. Working with Peter on the design was great, he is very talented in design. He was available when we needed to get prices on things, get our selection of materials ordered and checking in.The crew, Mark, Gabe, Dan and the other trades all did amazing work and what we really liked was their great personalities and easy to talk to. If there were questions they got answered, if they had questions they'd reach out before moving ahead. We would recommend this company and will contact them when it's time to start a new project.
